(c)  Directs another to a place knowing such direction is for the purpose of prostitution.

This crime is charged simply by agreeing to meet with a person for sexual services in exchange for money. As a class 3 misdemeanor, Soliciting for Prostitution is punishable by up to 6 months in the Boulder County Jail.
