Amazon Drivers Claim No Time for Pee Break

Amazon drivers are claiming to not get pee breaks and are peeing in bottles in their trucks, which could result in Public Indecency charges. Read more here.

Public Indecency is charged in Fort Collins and Larimer County when a person exposes themselves causing alarm to another. A recent Amazon controversy came to light where delivery drivers claim they don’t have time to stop for pee breaks, so they pee into bottles in their delivery trucks. While this is not only gross, it also could result in criminal charges if someone saw what they were doing. I can totally imagine a situation where a delivery driver is taking a quick pee break in his truck and someone walks by, sees what’s happening and calls the police. As long as the person claims that they saw the driver’s genitals, that delivery driver could be criminally charged with Public Indecency.
