When you go to visit someone in prison, there are MANY rules you have to follow. These rules concern the way you dress, what type of physical contact is allowed, and what you can and cannot bring into the facility. I personally think the most obvious rule of all is, don’t commit a crime while visiting an inmate, especially when you are in a video surveilled area. Well, one woman must have thought she wasn’t going to get caught when she flashed her breast to an inmate after he made the request. The detention center video clearly showed the woman in the visitation room and the exposure was caught on camera. The woman was identified and arrested for Indecent Exposure. Mt guess is, it will be a while before she will be visiting anyone in prison again.

Based on the information in the news report, the woman was probably charged with this crime for meeting the requirements of part (a). She exposed herself in an attempt to satisfy the sexual desire of the man who requested the view.
