Slapping, shoving or kicking someone is usually charged as Harassment in Fort Collins and Larimer County. Actor Jamie Foxx has been accused of slapping a woman 16 years ago, and the woman is just now coming forward with the story. According to the report, the actor became angry when the woman refused to perform oral sex on him, so he slapped her in the face with his penis. Because of the amount of time that has passed, no criminal charges will be filed, but he is still dealing with the ramifications of having his name dragged through the mud. If this woman had come forward when this allegedly happened, the actor could have been charged with Harassment.
